Jet Freight Ltd has partnered up with Impact Consulting in order to provide all their staff with invaluable training which will enable them to improve their personal lives as well as progress in their careers.
Jet Freight Ltd were on the search to source the best training possible for their employees. Impact Consulting has conducted coaching assignments for Moody’s, Pfizer, KPMG and many more organizations around the world and has been an affiliate of Leadership Alliance Institute (LAI) since 2015. Jet Freight Ltd.’s choice seemed to be the perfect fit since everyone is thoroughly enjoying this training.
The initial phase of the training involved the team at Impact Consulting carrying out an assessment of each employee’s personality, motivation and future plans in order to align these to Jet Freight Ltd.’s company goals. The following phase consists of coaching sessions with the staff which take the form of both workshops and one-to-one sessions. This coaching will be focused on unblocking any aspects of a staff member’s character which are holding him/her back both personally and professionally. On the other hand, the coaching also serves the purpose of controlling any aspects of one’s character which might be causing certain problematics.
